Our guarantee to you is that what you
order is what you get. We stand behind our products and
believe they will perform to the satisfaction of our
customers, provided they are used in the manner for
which they were designed. We cannot guarantee that our
products will do any other tasks besides which they were
intended. We can not guarantee that out products will
work properly on altered equipment or that altered
products will properly function. Some products,
being perishable items, will wear, fatigue, and/or break
after a reasonable amount of use. We are an
authorized dealer for Marvel Mfg Co and sell genuine
Marvel & Spartan machines. We are an authorized
dealer for Arntz Inc and are an authorized weld center
for Arntz band saw blades. Wayco Sales, Inc. may,
due to the expediency of getting your parts to you on
time, at its sole discretion, provide you with factory
original replacement parts or an alternate compatible
item of equal quality. If you need assistance in
finding a part number for the product you are looking
for, we will always do our best to provide you with the
item you are looking for in a prompt and professional
manner. All machines are sold by territory as
determined by Marvel Mfg Co, and as requested we will
provide you with contact information for making your
purchase through the proper distribution channels.
Return Policy
Here are the steps:
- Contact our customer service department by dialing
800-990-0559.
- Our customer service department will issue a "Return
Merchandise Authorization" number to expedite the
processing of your return. You will also be instructed
where to ship your package.
- Pack all items being returned securely in the original
package if possible.
- Enclose a copy of the original packing list with the
return merchandise. Be sure to keep the original packing
list for your records.
- Write your "Return Merchandise Authorization" number
on the outside of the package as well as the return
address.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot
accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or
Insured Parcel Post for your return shipment.
Our quality control experts will inspect
the returned product:
- If we find that the returned items are
not defective and used, we will return them to you.
- Items incorrectly ordered may be subject to up to 20%
restock fee.
- If the products are found to be defective or we made
an error in filling your order, we will replace them
free of charge.
- If custom welded-to-length blades are
ordered incorrectly, we cannot guarantee return.
Minimum Orders
-We have a $25.00 minimum order policy
for all products available on this or any other website
owned and operated by Wayco Sales, Inc. Any order not
meeting the minimum may incur an extra charge in order
to satisfy the minimum.
